Standard Bank not checking cash deposits at ATM's

I, deposited R1500 cash into a Standard Bank ATM and I HAVE NEVER SEEN OR RECEIVED THIS MONEY. Deposited in Durban 11/12/13, 14h59, Umbilo Agency 1, I didn't receive a receipt, the envelope jammed, I logged a query, no action was taken, maybe too many public holidays, to lazy, someone came into the ATM to clear it, INSIDE, found the money and took it!!! Standard bank says they can't find the money so thats the end of that, no money, i lost my kids Christmas money for presents, they never got presents from me! This is the very very worst thing that could happen to me as my husband left me for his mistress and she has taken all the money, we have nothing left, we have also just lost our home as the bond couldn't be paid. Standard bank ref number: 56387806, I logged a complaint to the Standard Bank web site, no response, no sms, no update, no apology NOTHING! I am so worried and hurt by all this. I just phoned Standard bank, they passed me on from one automated message to another, no people! And when I did speak to someone they told me they can't even tell me if I am insured for ATM loss, its their fault now I suffer, what am I and my 2 children going to do?
