I sent the quote through for the repairs on my vehicle on Friday 3/5/2013. Janelee has been been appointed as the consultant to handle my claim.By Tuesday I havent gotten a reply and the claim was also sent to Janine and Feroza. At last someone confirmed receiving my email! By Thursday I still havent gotten a response so I speak to Janine, she will follow up and let me know. Friday I phone again and the operator informs me that Janine is busy on her line but she has a two hour response time and will get back to me, it is now more than a day. Today I phoned again and left a message for Janelee, no response until I email her, she replies by apologising and promising she will phone me before the end of the day. BIG SURPRISE! Not word from her yet.
Please I'm not an unreasonable person but this is ridiculous Its the rainy season and i have a taped up roof. Cmon guys your Hello Peter compliments vouch for better service than this.
