No avail on payment as per emails and phone calls

We were under debt review with them from January 2013. In February my husband was retrenched and we asked for a rest ruction to suit us for mine was our only income. Their ignored these requests and kept deducting amount agreed upon in January before the retrenchment took place. This month the same happened and i was left penniless. With school fees and living cost waiting. Contacted them and they advised me not to reverse the money from bank as they will pay it back to me in 7 days. Today is the 12Th day, during these past 12 days i phone them at least 3 times asking what the situation is and they keep giving me instructions to send them banking details and letters promising that i would not go to the bank and reverse the payment once they pay me the amount due. Today i phoned 3 times by the third time Maggie tells me that they would only pay the money after 40 days. They are worried that i would reverse the money paid...
