My vehicle was settled on the 3rd of May. I do not see why customers have to wait 7-14 working days before money owed to them will be returned, as you did not have to wait that long every month before you receive the installments. I have emailed both Yashin and Sally yesterday, but have received no feedback regarding this.
Secondly, MFC declined my application for a new vehicle, but Standard Bank was more than willing to provide finance, with a much better rate than MFC gave on the vehicle that that was sold. So it seems you only in it for the money, but not for the long run and relationship building.
I want the money owed to me to be returned asap, as I don't agree with your waiting period.
