I did a quotation on 22 May 2013 with Bongani and the amount quoted by Outsurance was x4 to my current insurance of which is even more than what I'm paying for the car it self.
The email link was sent to me so that I can upload a schedule from my current insurance.
The problem is that this link is not functioning and I foned the call centre to explain and i was told that Liezel was going to fone me. The other problem i have now is that where I work there is a problem with the cellphone network however I did fone again to leave my land line number and asked for the direct number that i can fone for some 1 to assist me but i did not get any help.
Can someone please email me the direct contact numbers of someone who can assist me to claim this R400 or give me the email address where i can forward the required documents.
