I took cellphone insurance with them, i lost my fone *blackberry torch* ...i put in a claim complted all ncessary documents, they told me my claim was late, wher as i did all faxinf in time ..right now mtn keeps on debiting my account for the i dont have... i am very dissapointed well not surprised cause of the bad image ulaready put yourself in terms of conducting clients services... u very quick at running debit orders but when u have credit customers accounts .its a problem, SEE ME NO MORE..NXAH...
