I would like to convey my utter disappointment with how my query has been treated. On Sunday 29/09/2013 i returned an item back to Woolworths, i was then asked how i wanted my refund, i then indicated that they can transfer it back to the bank and when i asked how long it would take for the transaction to reflect on my account i was told immediately. To my surprise nothing was reversed, i went back to the store on Monday, only to be told that it takes about 2-3 days to reflect on my account. Today is day 4 and no refund has been received. i am really disappointed.
I send an email as well but i have not received any response!!!
