No reaction on leak detection query logged on 26 A

Wow - it is now 2 weeks later and our garage is filled with water everytime we use the washing machine. Due to Santam's poor response we still have to make use of alternative ways of letting the water out... We logged this query to Santam to send out a leak detector on 26 April and we got an automated mail just confirming the claim nr 157165046. Then my sister logged it as well. Again only an automated mail with a claim nr. On 30 April we replied on the mails to say no one pitched at our house, no communication whatso ever from Santam. What must we do??? Stop pay the monthly premium and then you will see reaction from Santam. Santam is the worst to deal with. I think there are no humans working at Santam only automated mails and when you phone you hold on for ever because all lines are currently busy.
