I deposited R104 into a groupon account for a voucher i wanted to purchase. On the day i even had to ask for depositv slips as there were none. When i didnt receive my voucher via email as normal i checked the deposit slip reference with the one i was given when buying the voucher online and realised the teller put a 5 instead of the letter s.i asked for the deposit to be reversed and when the branch manager was consulted he was not helpful at all, he wouldnt find the original-citing it would take too long, i was prepared to wait. Then he implied that i may have received the voucher and now want to commit by requesting a reverse! Not only have i lost out on a voucher for an otherwise expensive microdermabrasion treatment but trying to get my money back is a mission, the staff have a dont care attitude. I insist on a sincere apology, my voucher money back and the treatment i have missed out on due to the banks incompetent staff.
