Spa voucher not issued yet money deducted from ca

I bought a massage voucher online on Thursday the 31st of Janaury 2013.I did not receive a notification of the purchse nor the voucher, yet the money was deducted from my account. Please help as I would like my money back or the voucher if they are unable to issue it. Thanks.
