ADVANCE BILLING BY DEBIT ORDER

I have installed a second decoder at our holiday house. Every time I activate or deactivate the service I am billed for a month in advance plus the days to d/o date. This results in huge amounts being debited to my account ranging from R2300 to R1248.56. I have queried this on numerous occasions, no-one ever comes back to me with an answer. I phoned on 6 November 2013 to check my debit order amount and was told by LELA Ref 144501529 that the amount on 27 Nov would be R563.34. Duly transferred R1000, only to find that I was debited with R1248.56 and was now overdrawn. Std Bank, with whom I have banked for over forty years, sent back the d/o. I have never had an unpaid item on my accounts but I was overdrawn to the amount of R36.67 and it was returned. I have been paying Mchoice by d/o for over ten years, never defaulted but they sent me a rude sms to pay up immediately. Done so, but I will no longer pay by debit order and in fact no-one can expplain why I have been billed until 26 Jan, paying for two months in advance?
