I called to enquire about my existing policy, she knew how to recalculate premium if the excess were to be decreased without referring me to someone else. Jenna could also check an estimate of how much would be rewarded and approximately when provided all premiums are paid and with no claims. Not once did she sound unsure of any quiry instead she tried to go all out to assist, the extra mile seems to be her motto.
