ABSA household Insurances

I have a household insurance with ABSA, since year before last I reported the matter, i.e. a geyser and a lot of green marks on the wall. Then I was told to make a lot of phone calls because that is how they work. I made the calls but always they say they will send someone. Their servises and the manner in which they treat customers also. ABSA you are a curse to our people and you are good for nothing. I am thinking of taking legal action. I live in Danville Ext. 5
