I bank with nedbank and have a credit card with them, they have been deducting from my account ever since, however not aware that they stopped collecting to my surprise an amount of R3000.00 was deducted from my current account with them . for the past two weeks i have been trying to call their contact centre, all the time when i have to be put thru to credit legal department i get a voice mail wich as always i leave a message and till today i have not gotten further assistance, nor hv i received notification of my account in arrears, nor statement, no calls, nor sms, nor letter but one thing i know is that every month they is funds deposited by my employers
