EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED

I've had this "Touch-up" policy for years & with every debit on my account it has shown as: INSURANCE PREMIUM 9726 VAP INS. xxx for R61.00. This month for some reason it shows a debit for TELESURE xxx so I automatically reverse the payment as I don't know & have never dealt with a company by name of TELESURE. I then receive an email from 1st for women cancelling my policy as I reversed the payment. THIS IS NOT MY FAULT they changed the beneficiary name from INSURANCE PREMIUM to TELESURE. Tsepiso was adamant that I must pay admin costs to have the policy reinstated. Why, I ask you must I pay for being cautious & reversing a payment to an unknown beneficiary & then be penalised for it. I'm extremely disappointed by the way I've been treated. When one is cautious and tries to avoid any transaction you are penalised for it by having your policy cancelled and then the audacity that I must pay to have it reinstated. I'M SHOCKED AND DISAPPOINTED THAT ONE IS TREATED IN THIS MANER. IS THIS ANOTHER WAY OF GETTING MONEY?
