No reponse or bother from Alexander Forbes

I requested to be qouted on a car insurance premium for my car, and no one has bothered to get back to me, i did so on the 24.01.14, and have still not been contact as promised, i work for MC and AForbes is supposed to be our supplier of choice, this service is completely disgusting and unacceptable, not impressed! thinking whether its a good move to change my insurance now to Aforbes, as i cant even get a quote, imagine the horror should i claim...
