Warning =Unknown Debit Orders?

I received a sms from my bank with an unknown debit order of R115 and reference number (TELESURE). I phoned TELESURE and discovered that the reference Nb was a policy number. Gathering more info the telesales person it clarified that fact that this was a policy from BUDGET INSURANCE that was active in 2006... 7 years ago!!!? I was help promptly to cancel the policy and promised to receive a refund for the money. Everybody please check your statements every month carefully!! This are getting away with this.
