To who it may concern :

For over a year and half now I have been trying to get FNB to assist in correcting my account status - I have not only spend hours on the phone trying to sort this out but it has also harmed my financial credibility with
Institutions in the past. And all this because FNB could not correct my account status on my credit card. They are the only institution (my own bank) that has listed me as such and also penalised me for it.
Please follow the correspondence below as I have now given up on FNB and is forced to take further steps to correct this injustice. I will also be moving all my accounts within the next 48 hrs if not resolved.

RE: o FNB:-) Reference number 279875 has been issued for your complaint. -no one has come back to me after sending the mail a week ago
