Whom it may concern i would like a statement as i know i am alomost finished with my loan and i would like to know how much i still owe, but i have waited 2 weeks and no statement and the staff at RCS says 48 hours and i will have a statement
I dont want them to phone me i want a statement e-mailed to me a.s.a.p
