I wrote to credit ombud last year seeking help with the financial institution that was giving me sleepless nights.
I cannot believe the amazing service I receieved from Credit Ombud, I have heard online that they really assist and help with issues but to actually experience it, it was awesome.
It felt like I was given support from all the losses I had in the past, which to be honest made a huge impact in my life.
Lee and I kept communicating, he updated me with every status of the account. I am really grateful Lee of what you did for me.
