SMART DEVICE INSURANCE CLAIM NIGHTMARE

Around Feb 2013, I bought a Blackberry phone from FNB Device online service. The contract was for a Blackberry 9380, the monthly payment for the handset was between R80-R90 pm, adding insurance then the monthly installment would be R125. The transaction went through and they debited as planed R125 every month (Handset Insurance). Last week my cellphone was got and upon reporting it to FNB to claim from insurance I am told that I do not have insurance!!

I have been dealing with Zaahidah from smart phone queries over the email, my last 2 emails to him I requested a PRICE LIST FOR A BLACKBERRY 9380 AND A COPY OF MY CONTRACT OR SOME FORM OF PROOF that I did not opt for insurance when I purchased the phone in Feb2013 and still NO feedback from them.

The service I've received so far is poor and unacceptable!!
