I wrote a report on the 25th April " No repect for clients"
Michelle from Diners called and informed me that the amount of ZAR 175.00 was credited to me (this was on the 30th April) and the remainder of the ZAR 199.99 will be done on Monday and she will call me on Monday. Today is Tuesday, no call and no credit. I will be requesting my bank to return the debit because SOMEONE IS OBVIOUSLY LYING!!!
DINERS RESPONSE IS "QUERY RESOLVED TELEPHONICALLY" I WONDER WHAT THAT MEANS SURLEY THEY DO NOT UNDERSTAND THAT AS WELL!!!
