Poor service and still in the dark???

I have completed all that was requested of me and submitted to Olivia at Thinkmoney. I went to my bank to do the necessary FICA updates as requested and yet I am still waiting. I called my personal banker as the loan was to come from my bank and they can't find any application on their system. Is this a??? I have no number to contact this Olivia person!!!
