A single person can changed my entire experience

At the beginning of 2011, I was completely unimpressed with the service that I had received from Standard Bank, until a shining star came into my life. I had complained verbally to someone from Standard Bank who looked after my portfolio and a day or two later Pat Naidoo phoned me. I have been with private banking since then and Pat just goes out of her way to help where ever she can. I don't think that I could function without my Pat and she deserves some pretty big recognition - she is the only reason why I remained with Standard Bank. Thank you for the incredible service! I hope there are more Pats in this world saving clients all over the country
