Service like I have never known

I want to open a Business account for my new business. After researching different banks, I spent the entire morning on Friday between branches in East Rand Mall trying to gauge their level of customer service and product knowledge. I had a shocking experience at every single bank I walked into (incl. Standard Bank), including everything from zero product knowledge to not even being greeted at all. I was referred to the Prestige Office at K90. When I walked through the door I was ready to rip the head off of anyone who didn't know the answers to my questions. I am not exaggerating when I say that in my entire banking lifetime, I have NEVER been greeted at ANY bank in the friendly, sincere manner in which Precious welcomed me. I had never met this woman in my life, but it felt as if I had bumped into an old friend who I hadn't seen for years. She is the first person that a potential client bumps into and as such is the face of Standard Bank.

Precious is an undervalued asset to SBSA, and would be a perfect fit for a manager of Customer Relations. She is the reason I am joining SB today, and she deserves all the success in the world.
