In February i went and paid myt account and the guy who was assisting me was very rude and careless. He printed and throw away 3 receipts before he could actually give me my copy and finalised my payment transction. Being worried about his actions i checked my balance and to my suprise i was owing R3000 and something of which i was shocked because the last time i paid my balance was less than R800. I therefore payed the following months still concerned about this matter and finally decided to write an email to RCS and request my statements from October 2012to April. I had to fight with a few people before i could get them who were busy telling me i was owing for the Month of April and i did not pay on purpose as i felt i was beeing corned day light. Finally my request came and i found out that someone with the same card as me has used the card to purchase goods from Mdansane and Fish Bay in Cape Town on the 31st Dec of which i was home in JHB on the day and know nothing about the transaction. I submited my frad documents as requested to RCS on the 26 Aprl and to date no one has bothered to update me with any way forward. The RSC service and Employees its Incompitent.
