I happend to glance through my Connection Card Statement. My account has always been upto date and in a credit. I pay in a little extra so that the lost card protection fee and admin fee are covered month on month should i ever forget to pay.
on the 25/07/2013 - i see on my statement a transaction that my credit of R232.50 has been written off? To top that it shows i am now owing R82.50.
i call in on 22/10/2013, after numerous times of consultants re-directing and cutting my calls off, i get put through to Kensani eventually who re-directs me to Muzi, a consultant. He tells me my money was written off and that i need to pay R82.50. After arguing with him he says they will now write off the money i am 'supposedly owing'. Then in order to refund me they want 3 months bank statements. UTTER FU! #@* BULLOCKS.
I then told him to keep the money, shut my account down and clear the balance. When i asked for a call reference or an email stating my account is clear and shutdown he told me they dont give out references.

How can you write off what is not yours??? To top that still have the nerve to say i am owing you money!!! SHUT MY ACCOUNT DOWN & GGF
