I regret changing over to Dial Direct.
We have been phoning since the 17th of December 2013. It's almost a month later and nothing has been done. My husband phoned numerous times and each time they say they will get back to you, but they don't. Dial Direct has no problems getting our monthly payments, but we have to BEG them to attend to our claim. I expected much better.
Pathetic!!!
