I received my renewal schedule from Mi Way and my premium had gone up, so I called their call centre to enquire about that, and the lady that assisted me really did a great job because instead of paying that premium that was quoted for me, she arranged for me to pay a less premium.

so you go girl, your service was superb. thank you a lots
