I am totally disgusted yet again with standard bank, every time I have same issues with them, I have a complaint with the incompetent call centre for general queries, I spoke to Pravin Munickun and Thulani Kivert, I asked if I can send them proof of the fact that incorrect amount was dispensed from the atm. I then get told to resolve this will take standard bank 12 working days, I don't have money for petrol but do you think they care. I then get told by the supervisor Thulani, can I not send them proof of the atm transaction which reflects this but I am told no you cannot email them, I cannot query with them I must go in store, this is totally inconvenient. for me to be running around for my own money yet again when I work 8am-5pm. The last query I logged it took 4 days to resolve, I want my money in my account within 72hrs not a second longer!!!
