I took a loan with bruma finance in 2013 i settled the acc the same year after requesting a settlement letter to settle my loan, i settled the account with the amount given to me on the letter, a month later someone calls me to tell me that i have an outstanding amont on the acc then i asked the person what do they mean they tolad it wasnt settled.its not my problem tht someone is not doing their job why am i supposed to suffer because of their employees.their consultants are rude and not proffession i get calls day 7 night from this company i told them i wont pay a cent cause this account has been settled long time ago.if this matter is not resolved im taking the to the ombudsman.
