We have Acc-Protection plan on Edgars accout. My husband was retrenched in January, returning from [URL Removed] liquidated. After being at home for more than 3months have no luck with looking for a job we had to apply for debt revirew in order not to loose our house. Then we remebered the insurance. They took more than a month to process claim. After letting us know they need affidavit as well. The previous letter workers were let go and yes they all received letters bit letter also stated 2 people and my husband wasn't 1.We have proof of him receiving salary up to January. And we aren't stupid to buy on credit if we were aware is was loosing his job. His employer gave him same letter and just added date of January on there. We did qeurry that but we dond't have control over their admin. We have explained to Edgars and they recommended to contact Hollard. I have sent 3 emails with attached letters and proof of income but no response. Also I send copy to Finrite the administrators but no response. We had now control over what happend and was paying insurance long before then. They only paid account amount outstanding in July even if my husband was employed to January.
