Inconveniance and utterly disgusted with Absa

I tried to to EFT payments from my cheque acc in dec 2012 with failure only to find out that my acc has been blocked and had to be Ficad. I went into Clearwater mall Branch twice do this - Had to deal with un trained staff and finally got my acc un blocked and I could use it again. Not even 2 weeks later and I sit with the same problem again! This is seriously so frustrating!!! I am closing all my accounts with Absa as this is seriously the worst bank I have ever dealt with.
