Device Claim Call Centre

How long is a reasonable holding period? My iPad got on Saturday evening and today is Monday. I have phoned many times all day and each waiting period has exceeded 25 minutes. Worst of all is that not once could I even get hold of someone to process the claim. Is there anyone that can advise me on any other means of getting hold of someone?
