I made a claim for prop shaft in April 2012 shaft and my odo readings were 14600, I got a replied to say my claim has been declined due to 135000 km service which I skipped, now they advise me not to do that going forward. In December 2012 I made another claim for gear box and they declined it saying I skipped 135000km service and when I told them about the first claim they said it was not recorded and now they regard this claim as the first one. AND I was forced to pay the gearbox myself as I did in the prop shaft. And I have all the invoices that state that I paid all these services,
When I complained about this, I was asked to give them the date which I had a conservation with them unfortunate I never thought of recording the date down. so they said they can not help me regarding this matter.
Now I had to pay for the gearbox because the person whom I spoke to failed to update that on their system, what kind of service is that, It is very very bad.
