I bought a Dihatsu Terrios from Kia Hillcrest in March this year. After soooo many phone calls I eventually received my spare key and service book end of July, I took my car for its 60000 service in July. At the PMB. Branch. They did not report any problems with the car. Then in October now out of warrantee took it into pmb again to find out problem with prop shaft and so the saga begins. They sent it to hillcrest as that is where I bought it Hillcrest told me that I had to replace prop shaft at R12500. I asked if they could repair it they said they don't do repairs Nd I hav to replace it. I could not afford that option so I towed the car back to pmb and had the prop shaft repaired for R2800 at my own expense. I then took vehicle into an RMI agent to have it assessed and found out that there is gear box problems, rear shock leaks, transfer case leaking oil etc etc etc. which was not picked up by either Kia branch I'm am so so unhappy with after sales service and believe they sold me car knowing that these problems would arise.
