On 27/3/13 card was taken by the ATM machine and pin no appeared on the screen. I then proceeded to get my stop card to stop any transactions. I called STD bank and spoke Benedict at the call centre and she put a block on card and accounts. Ref no 122961648, A while later I received an SMS informing me that R3000 was drawn from my account via a nedbank ATM. I been to the bank several times and was told that i must wait for the transaction to appear on my bank statement.the transaction appeared and I compiled a statement and forwarded it to chq division STD bank. Case no 3163970. The docs were sent on 23&24/03/13. To date I have spoken to Gwyneth Sithole and emailed my statement. From 28/3/13 I have been in constant contact with several people at STD bank who have not assisted in resolving this matter and I have not received my money. I have lost R3000 and the interest added to that amount and suffered the inconvenience of being pushed around.
