I Phone FNB to find out about a cell phone deal they offer. The lady said no i have to phone back during the week since there is no one there to help me. I asked if then she can tell me more about banking at fnb and about banking account etc. She could not even help me with that.
Total waste of my time trying to connect with FNB. I dont even know why they answered the phone.
Total disappointment.
