On the 23 March I wrote to Nedbank requesting an answer from them re my account, which they have made "In-Active" and as result is now in the negative. I am unable to access my own account because and make a deposit. However the Nedbank is able to access my account and draw as much money as they please for service fees and whatever else they deem necessary to take of my account. This sort of practice is unethical and if I cant access my own account because they have made it in-active then the Bank should not be allowed to take of service fees either because no transactions are going through this account. Today is the 3 May and I still have not had a response to my email. I am overseas at the moment, so please contact me on my email adress, that is if some-one at the Bank would care to respond!
