Absolute shocking behaviou

I phoned from my private cellphone trying to reslove payment for a deal where paperwork was finalized on a monday and nothing was paid for by friday. Was helped by a girl called Tebogo. When i asked to speak to a supervisor to reslove my issue she just put me on hold. After about 15mins i tried to phone back just finding that the call centre was now closed. Thanx for the personal service tebogo
