Stranded because Avis failled to put petrol in ca

On 18 April 2013 I phone the Avisand book a car for Friday 19 April 2013. I informed the call centre agent that I will pick up the car at 17hrs on the 19 April 2013. She confirmed the booking and gave me reference number 31770806ZA4.
I picked a car at 17hrs;15 after signing forms that were not explained (I signed since as I have previously rented an Avis car and know the drills). at around 05:00 I embarked on trip to Rustenburg (I had an important family gathering set for latest 7hrs:30. After drving 156KM the car stopped without warning. I phoned Avis Breakdown and Emergency number 011 9233642 it was 7:21 and gentlemen called Tebogo answered. I told Tebogo to phone me back and he did immediately. He asked me to check what the problem might be. I did not think that I was petrol then. But on checking the petrol gauge it appearred that it was petrol. Avis Menlyn later confirmed that they have not put petrol in a car

Tebogo called Avis Rustenburg and the lady that I spoke to indicated that she was bathing and and asked me "what do you want me to do? ". Tebogo then called Avis Hartebees and the lady drove from Hartebees handed me a replacement car.
