On 28/10/2013 at 16:45 I wanted to leave Pep, and there was a guy talking to Tebogo (security guard, working for Security Point) from the outside, when I wanted to leave the shop, the guy grabbed my necklaces from my neck and ran away. I screamed and all of this happened right next to Tebogo. He didn't do anything to help me or to catch the guy. When my husband came, and asked him why he didn't do anything, Tebogo said that he is not working for us, he's working for the shop. I phoned his supervisor (Lodrick 0833395143) today about the incident and was told that I must go and open a case at the police station before they can do anything about it. I just feel that it has nothing to do with the police and Lodrick can't tell me what case to open at the policestation. My complaint that I have is that all of this happened right in front of Tebogo and he didn't want to help, I got the impression that he was working with those people, because they were chatting to each other and when it happened Tebogo didn't even care!
