In all my 25 years of owning vehicles, i have been exposed to many insurance companies to have my vehicle insured including companies where family members were employed. I have NEVER had my premiums reviewed or tailored made to suite me during trying times. Claims took forever to be sorted out etc. Until 2 years ago i decided to go with Outsurance and believe me, it is the best thing since 2 slices of bread. I had a claim recently and this without exaggeration only took one call and the rest was done by Outsurance. With a day my vehicle was called in to be assessed and ready to go into the panel shop. There are not enough words to describe the awesome service i have received from my first call two years ago to now. All i can say is Outsurance you ROCK, THE BEST, THE CHEAPEST, MOST FRIENDLY, GO THE EXTRA MILE, AFFORDABLE AND FLEXIBLE. You will be highly recommended and i urge people to please give them a call as an individual the most important thing we look for is no red tape, fast and easy in claims and affordability.
