Electricity Voucher nrs to cellphones please!

Hi FNB,

Suggestion: Please send electricity voucher numbers to our cellphones when we make purchases at ATM kiosk internet stations. The garage shops do it - the technology is there - let's not go back to the age of pen and paper. It's not very clear from the FNB webpage that a pen and paper will come in handy. And we can't print at the stations, so sending the voucher number to our cellphones will make a HUGE difference.

Complaint: At 05:30 this morning the heater in the FNB ATM kiosk was on but the security guard was MIA. Whilst transacting I realized he was sleeping in a "closet". I'm not sure what the purpose of this closet is, but I'm pretty sure you're not storing security guards in there.By 06:30 he climbed out, shirt hanging out of his pants, looking dreadful. We live in a safe area but it was pitch dark when I transacted - not nice. Last week I asked him if he is the FNB security, because he was standing in the parking area and had no clue what was happening behind his back inside the FNB kiosk. So he's guarding the carpark, the ATM kiosk and the closet? That's a lot of work for one person! I don't think he is of any use, rather sms our voucher numbers instead..
