I submitted a claim for vehicle repairs which I thought I was late and not 100% what to do as I battled to get through to their contact details until I sent an email to Virgin Money of which the sales consultant Ms F. Toll responded. She was very friendly and profesional, allaying my fears and concerns elequently explain the entire process I need to undertake. She did not end there and made a follow up to ensure I have undertaken with ease all the rigorous processing steps of the claim. Although I am not yet completed the process, am buzz with confidence pf the remaining steps. She wenet an extra mile in delivering the service and making sure I got customer delight. Thank you very much to Ms Toll for her profesinalisms and keep of the good work.
