Having decided to review my shortterm insurance, I went to a number of online sites and got the normal (seemingly cloned) responses to my enquiries on the cover being offered. As a refreshing contrast, Virgin Money offered a tailor-made package, were able to negotiate the specific terms and considered my specific needs. Their email responses are immediate, and their follow-up with printed documentation in the mail is prompt.

I look forward to seeing their response when I have to contact them with a claim.
