It ridiculous that if you have a damaged car, that you now have to follow up so many times with Auto & General before you get any feedback, which I have still not received by the way. After submitting all the required documentation over two weeks ago, I have been phoning to follow up on my claim and have have either been put on hold for ten minutes at a time and then cut off, wasting my money! Having spoken to Earl Daniels a couple of times and having left about three different messages, I am still awaiting feedback.
I have now been told that I will get feedback on finalisation by this afternoon and I will see if that happens. As this has been said to me before.
