Over a week ago I went into Stax in Fourways to source some cables for a home entertainment system, left my details and have still not got a call or anything from them?
I kind of expected this after I had to write my details and information down on a loose scrap piece of paper in the client services kiosk, storeroom, or junk closet, as it was a mess and a pen had to be thrown across the store from the security or whoever was sitting behind the tills. As I said I am not sure why I am surprised I have had no feedback.
I cant believe that there are stores that can sell everything but have no interest in assisting after the purchase.
