I am trying to sort this mater from 10 April I send a e mail with all the documents and get the same answer and payment was to be done on the 1 May 2013 and nothing yet.

Kindly note that we are experiencing a system error regarding the Health Plan Protector due dates. Our systems are in process of rectifying this issue.

Please when will this be fixed.
