I don't know how can take more than 3 months and more than 100 emails to try to sort out my accounts. I had a kidney stones removal on 23/7 and being PMB, Discovery should be waving my co-payment. Since end of July I've been trying to make them do this and was asked to send CT scan, I sent, then to send Dr. 'note', I send, then to send CT scan (again?) I sent... Then again asked for Dr. 'note' I SENT... And then no one comes back to me except the hospital to tell me that there is over due account. How many emails and telephone calls does Discovery needs to sort out simple PMB co-payment? and how can possibly take more than 3 months and still have no answer? Is it just waiting game so we customers give up and just pay something which should be paid by the medical aid. Please can someone sort this out ASAP?
